gabriella at the front desk was helpful she arranged a water taxi for my arrival. she provided a map showing the way to the water taxi station this was very helpful. gabriella ensured my stay was comfortable
the hairdryer in the room felt outdated and provided minimal airflow

the breakfast was good with a lot of options. the staff was very helpful with travel information. the location was great. it was close to the train station for the airport bus.
my room was pretty basic and the view wasn't great. i could see a derelict building, it was not great. the air con was off for the year. it was hot. mosquitos were bad, so i couldn't keep the window open.

the hotel location is excellent , near the transport hub station. the staff members are friendly and cute. breakfast was good.
i understand the hotel is old , but some of the amenities probably need an upgrade. also only a sheet was supplied on the bed and no quilt so it was a bit chilly during the night.

charming hotel near the station
short walk restaurant recommendation good selection
the location was convenient it was only a short walk from the train station even with luggage the staff were very kind and helpful they assisted with directions and restaurant recommendations breakfast offered a good selection including meats cheeses fresh fruit and pastries. i found a lovely quiet garden at the rear of the hotel
the room i had felt a bit outdated the bathroom seemed older than the rest of the hotel some of the fixtures showed wear and tear

I had a canal view room and it was magical. Great restaurants were just below the hotel. The staff was always happy to help (i asked them a lot of questions!).
